From this page you can check on known issues for the latest release of the software and view the status of any calls you have raised with the STARS helpdesk. If you need help with any part of STARS then call the helpdesk on 0845 8386860 or email support@fourform.com. Be sure to have your school name or customer number handy when you call or include this information in your email.

Forgotten Your STARS Internet Address?

The address to type into your browser to access STARS is "http://YourSchoolName.fourform.com" (please note the "http://" prefix instead of "www").

If you're still having trouble accessing your system then you can enter the first 4 digits of your customer number into the form below and we'll show a link to your STARS login page. Alterntively, just ring the helpdesk on 0845 8386860 and they will tell you how to access STARS for your school.
