Training
STARS comes with online manuals and training aids than can be used as companion guides alongside your computer. Each section is clearly explained and has step-by-step instructions on how to enter results, view details and produce reports & graphs. If you have any questions or need help with any part of STARS then our support desk is available by telephone or email and will work with you to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
As STARS is an Internet based system, the learning curve to begin using it is very small. STARS has been designed by teachers to give a simple, easy to use system that allows you to concentrate on using STARS for assessment and tracking without having to spend time learning a complex new system. A training system is also available for you to use so that you can try things out without changing any of the information on your own STARS system.
