Document Upload
From this section you can upload documents directly to FourForm. To complete the process you will need an upload authorisation code. If you do not have this code then please contact the support desk for more information
Enter your upload authorisation code into the form above then click the "Browse" button to locate the file to upload from the computer you are using to connect to STARS. To begin the upload process click on the "Upload" button. Depending upon the size of the file to upload, the process may take a few minutes to complete. Do not close the browser until you see the confirmation message.
